For any homebuyer I would say to take the time to get fully preapproved ensuring a lender has reviewed your income, assets and credit profile before you begin your home shopping journey. Understand your loan program and what is needed for loan approval. Finally, you should feel comfortable in asking your loan officer anything and everything when it comes to buying a home.

What is on your bucket list?
A few things in no particular order: Meet Adam Sandler, travel from Milan to Sicily with my wife hitting every major city in between, and to own a Ferrari once the kids are out of college.
What aspect of your job are you most passionate about?
I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals of buying a home (whatever stage in life they may be in); this goes hand in hand with helping them achieve their financial objectives whatever those might be.

What are some of your hobbies?
Playing baseball, health and fitness, pool, shooting at the range, cooking, and playing with my kids.
Before working at nbkc, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
In college I spent a Summer building retaining walls for a landscaping company – probably the most physical and humbling work I have ever done.
