About Kody Campbell

Advice for New Home Buyers

Make sure your credit is in order! I think it’s also highly important to understand what financing options you have as each buyer’s set of circumstances is drastically different. You’re not supposed to know all the answers (that’s what we’re here for) so find a realtor and loan officer that you trust have your best interests at hand. Lastly, buying a home is likely the largest financial decision you’ll ever make so try to enjoy the process! And let us make it as easy for you as possible.

Pleasantly surprised!

“I have 3 previous homes from a big bank. For this 4th house, I decided to try one of the lesser known banks, NBKC. Kody was able to get me a lower rate and closing fees. The loan closed on time with no issues. I even found that NBKC has less red tape than what my previous bank required. I certainly recommend Kody and will work with him again in the future.”
