Pleasantly surprised!

“I have 3 previous homes from a big bank. For this 4th house, I decided to try one of the lesser known banks, NBKC. Kody was able to get me a lower rate and closing fees. The loan closed on time with no issues. I even found that NBKC has less red tape than what my previous bank required. I certainly recommend Kody and will work with him again in the future.”

Smart, ethical and diligent

“I have worked with Kody before but this time he helped me with a refinance of our home at NBKC bank. I will follow him wherever he goes and whichever lender he works for. Why? Because he is extremely responsive and works hard to get you the best rates for a refinance or a purchase. He works to solve any problems with loan processing. I trust his integrity 100% and will go back to him if I need to refinance or purchase another investment property. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.”

“This is my first home purchase in usa. And I was not really sure about all the processes involved in the purchase. Kody was really helpful and guiding me in all the steps and made me understood. And made this purchase smooth and ontime! And he was also really knowledgeable with all the processes and proactive to communicate all the details between buyer and realtor on time to avoid any delays. Very Efficient for a Fast Close in Kansas City

“We turned to Kody for help with the home-buying process because we wanted to retain the experience of working with a local lender while also getting the benefit of a lower rate. Kody worked diligently to make sure we had everything needed from the start of the pre-approval process to the final close. He locked in a lower rate compared to other lenders and we managed to close on a home in less than 10 business days despite the extra paperwork needed for a self-employed buyer. Kody and his team were very responsive and quick with communication throughout. We never felt like we lacked necessary information or guidance. I would highly recommend working with Kody if you are looking for similar services.”
