Simply take good care of people and do right by them. If you treat each person with the same care and respect you would a close friend or family member, you will end up surrounding yourself by people of high character who do the same for you.

What is on your bucket list?
I would love someday to have watched a game in each major league baseball stadium.
What aspect of your job are you most passionate about?
I love the opportunity to build long term relationships with the people I work for. Getting the chance to do many loans over the years for repeat clients or with realtor partners who share the same respect and appreciation for me as I do for them makes the work very fulfilling and a lot of fun.

Kansas City, MO
What are some of your hobbies?
I enjoy playing golf, watching the Chiefs and Royals, reading a good book, and enjoying great food and drink with family and friends.
Before working at nbkc, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
Before getting my start in mortgage I was the head coffee buyer and roaster for a large regional coffee roaster in the Midwest – working with coffee farmers, importing raw coffee, developing roasting recipes and making sure the coffee came out tasting delicious. It was a fun and fascinating job!
