Whenever we had questions or concerns regarding our VA home loan, Jeff would respond or answer quickly, whether in the office or not. When there were issues regarding information we provided, he promptly worked with us to solve the problems. At times though, we felt like we were jumping through extra hoops that had either already been covered or were not fully our responsibility. We had a difficult deal due to the nature of the house owners, repairs and my husband being on duty and out of contact during closing. Since this was our first home, we had little idea of what to do or expect and it is likely these things seemed more challenging because of our inexperience and irregular situation. There were also several delays due to the state of the home, but Jeff did a good job at keeping things in-line and on-time on his end. When we had to switch home insurance last minute, Jeff made the necessary changes before we even had time to see if we needed to make any corrective actions! At times things seemed to be rocky, but we closed early, got a rate very close to what we expected and were able to sign without other issues. Overall, Jeff got everything done as it should be and on time, but perhaps other factors led us to feel like we weren't 100% satisfied with the whole process.
