Advice for new home buyers

Make sure that you work with some that you connect with and that responds to your questions in a reasonable time. Test to see if they respond on evenings and weekends. Also, be sure that you are looking at more than just the rate. Many lenders will show you a low rate but are charging you extra fees to get to that rate.

“Others determine your reputation, but only YOU determine your integrity.” – Tony Dungy

I would have to say anything Kansas City (born & bred) but especially the Chiefs!

What is something that people would be surprised if they knew about you?

I am a pretty laid-back guy so most people are surprised to learn that I train in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It is a great stress reliever, challenging and will really get you in shape.

Traveling the world with my wife to see some of the amazing beauty of this world and the people that call it home!

What aspect of your job are you most passionate about?

I love helping others to reach their goals and better understand the financial aspects of home purchase and refinance while finding that path of least resistance to help the borrower. Mortgages always seem scary to people but with the right person guiding you it doesn’t have to be scary at all.

Martial arts, hunting/fishing, and mostly training my 3 boys in what it looks like to be a man (trustworthy, dependable, respectful)
