To open a secure message, you will need to log in with a username and password. If this is your first secure message transaction with NBKC, you will be asked to set up a username and password.
After successfully logging in, you will be able to read messages, reply to messages, download attachments, or print your messages.
Click the Forgot Password link at the login prompt after opening the secure message.

Do not share your secure message username or password with anyone. If you would like to share the message sent to you, please respond to the sender asking them to forward the message and they can include your additional contacts in future secure emails.
