Honest, straightforward and trustworthy

“I was helped by Scott Casida from NBKC. He was very forthright and not at all pushy like many of the agents from other banks I dealt with. He was the first to always offer the best rate available. As a first time home buyer, he was very patient with my multiple queries and helped with every aspect of the mortgage. He explained every line of my loan disclosure truthfully, ensuring that I understood exactly what I was paying. He also successfully delivered with a short deadline for closing and with Thanksgiving holidays in the middle. Even after closing he answered follow up questions without delay. I would highly recommend Scott and NBKC for your home mortgage needs. He will definitely be the first person I call when I am looking to refinance the loan. ”
