Advice for New Home Buyers
Find a loan officer with experience, and that you truly like and trust. The home buying process can be stressful and can come with some pain points. An experienced Loan Officer can make a huge difference in how that process goes, and if you pick correctly on your first house, you will have your Loan Officer for life to handle all the other refinances and purchases that come your way in the future.
“After I filled the application form on NBKC website, Todd called me and introduced himself to me. Todd is friendly and responsive. There were many back and forth email exchanges between us even on the weekend but Todd was able to answer all my questions and gather all the necessary information. Although the loan application process is tedious, I was able to secure a good interest rate on my new home with his help. Thankful for Todd and his help. I would highly recommend him for your home purchasing. ”

“Todd was awesome. He walked me through step by step the entire time. He was always quick to respond even to stupid questions and concerns. He was able to connect with me around my crazy work schedule. He was able to get my closing cost and monthly payments lower than we had discussed which was very helpful. And while my closing was delayed it was through no fault of Todd. Would definitely recommend Todd and if I ever decide to go thru this crazy process again he is my guy.”

“It was the quickest refinance I’ve ever done. First time I touched base with Todd on December 28, on January 5th I received my closing disclosure, and on January 10 refinancing was completed. Todd was always very responsive, and in general very nice guy. Once rates drop again I will refinance with Todd again”

After graduating from college with a degree in Nutrition & Exercise Science, my first job was at Gold’s Gym. I was a personal trainer and got my first taste of sales there. A lot of stories in those two years spent at the gym, but fortunately one of my clients recruited me to get into mortgage sales, and that has been my life ever since.
