About Heath Snider

Advice for New Home Buyers

Get a fully underwritten pre-approval letter to give yourself an edge over other buyers. A full pre-approval tells sellers that you are more determined, better prepared, and can close faster than other buyers. It increases the odds you win your bid on the first home instead of the fifth.
