Advice for New Home Buyers
It’s important to know when to take your time and when to floor it. Be slow and careful picking out an agent, the house, and your loan officer. Once you have settled on those things, it is time to act quickly on making an offer and fulfilling the lenders requests.
“Jessica was extremely knowledgeable with all products. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer all of them completely and thoroughly. It was an extreme pleasure to work with her”
—Thomas Fiegener from Kansas City, MO
“Jessica was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely communicative and available. She did a fantastic job of walking us through the home buying process every step of the way and we really felt well-cared for. The tools and systems used were easy to work with, and we closed with no issues. Could not recommend any higher!”
—Matt Skirven from Overland Park, KS
“From the outset, Jessica was the most responsive of the several lenders I had reached out to to begin the journey to purchase my first home. Jessica was honest and upfront, and, unlike other lenders I had reached out to, didn't try to sell me on anything other than getting the best loan to get a home. As a first time homebuyer, she answered all of my questions and made me feel so secure in the decisions I was making. I cannot recommend her enough.”

Most interesting would be a department head specialist at Farmers Insurance. I was responsible for finding all the kinks in the system and helping to develop work arounds to fix them. I found it very interesting, but most of my previous jobs have been pretty boring!
