Purchasing your first home is exciting, but it can feel overwhelming at times. You should have an open relationship with your loan officer and real estate agent, where you feel comfortable asking questions. No question is too small. Get pre-approved before you begin shopping, so you know what you can afford. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible.
