Everyone else said no.
“Before going under contract every bank said they could get our mortgage loan done. Once we got under contract all 3 changed their mind and said we would have to go a different route. I told Koby what was going on and he said not to worry he will get it done. And he did! That's when the other banks changed their tune and all of a sudden they could make the numbers work. I still gave them a chance to make up for it and they couldn't based on one small thing.......pricing! The biggest difference I had was $7k in closing costs along with a higher APR. To be honest I was nervous throughout the process, how could one bank do this but none of the others I spoke to could? I was expecting a twist when we got close to closing, but nope, the estimate 45 days prior was the same 45 days later when we closed. Interest rates moved around a bit due to the start of the Iran conflict but Koby monitored them like a hawk and kept me updated everyday. In the end we were able to still get the original rate with 0 points. Just remember if they all say no, call Koby anyways, you will be surprised. ”

I grew up in Kansas City.

I enjoy golfing, jet skiing, snowboarding, watching football, working out, and listening to music.

My first job ever was refereeing basketball games, when I was in High School.
