It seemed like a quirk. I got a message from Costco promoting home mortgages. They provided several numbers to call and (why?…I don’t know.) called only one—Mark Quinn/nbkc bank. No disrespect intended, but who are they…I had never heard of them.
For me, Mark was a lot like everything Costco does—The Best! (Hope you don’t mind being compared to Kirkland Cashews, Mark!)
Through the whole process, even when I dropped the ball a couple of times, Mark was never pushy, always pleasant and professional. He knows how to get things done. When more and more documentation was necessary, Mark was patient, gave good direction and seamlessly and efficiently got the job done for me. Calls and emails were always answered promptly.
I admit, I was skeptical getting a home loan over the internet. I tried several local banks—even my exclusive provider for the last 40+ years—but the service from Mark/nbkc couldn’t have been better. Believe me, nbkc bank and Mark Quinn are superb folks; they’re knowledgeable and people you can trust.
Knowing what I know now…I don’t think I’d waste my time filling out another online or in-office questionnaire. Just call Mark Quinn.
